Yoga for Athletes
With over 500 hours of formal yoga training - including Hatha Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and the Science of Stretching® - I combine real athletic experience with professional yoga education to deliver effective, purposeful classes designed specifically for endurance athletes.

As an endurance athlete myself, I understand what tight hips, stiff shoulders and tired legs feel like, and how easily mobility, recovery and mindset work can slip down the priority list. Yoga for athletes bridges that gap, supporting performance and building strength while helping the body recover and move more efficiently.
This isn’t traditional yoga. It’s a functional, athlete-focused approach that blends yoga principles with movement training to support anyone who trains regularly or competes in sport.

My athlete-focused yoga sessions combine mobility training, functional stretching, strength work, breathwork and mindful movement to enhance recovery, improve movement quality and support long-term performance. These sessions can help improve form, reduce the risk of injury, ease muscular tension and support both physical and mental resilience.
Whether you’re a runner, cyclist or triathlete, you’ll build stronger movement patterns, improve mobility, increase flexibility and develop a deeper mind–body connection that supports sustainable training.
How I work
Private sessions, group classes and workshops are available. I work with athletes across the UK and in Barcelona, Spain, and am available to deliver yoga for athletes classes and workshops for yoga studios, sports clubs, gyms and sports organisations.
