Targeted Mobility and Flexibility Training

As a Science of Stretching® Stretch Coach and yoga teacher with over 500 hours of formal training, I guide athletes and active individuals through targeted mobility and flexibility training that creates real change.

These sessions are designed for people who want to move more freely, reduce tightness, improve range of motion, and support long-term performance, recovery, and resilience.

When we move better, we feel better, and when we feel better, we perform better. 

This training goes far beyond “just stretching.” It blends anatomy, science, mindful movement and breathwork to help release tension, expand range of motion, support long-term injury prevention and bring more freedom into the body. My yoga training also provides inspiration to the sessions I offer, enabling me to incorporate strength and balance work.

How I work

I offer one-to-one sessions, group classes and workshops in Barcelona, Spain, and across the south of England, UK. Sessions take place in private settings, yoga studios, or within existing training environments, depending on what best supports your needs.

I also work with running clubs, triathlon clubs, sports clubs and gyms, delivering tailored sessions that support mobility, recovery, performance and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re booking an individual session or joining a group, the focus is always on helping you move better, recover well and feel more confident in your body.
