As a YogaBody Certified Breath Coach, I help athletes and active individuals use breathwork to improve performance, regulate the nervous system, enhance recovery, and manage stress. These practical, science-informed techniques are easy to integrate into training or daily life.
The breath is a direct link between the body, the nervous system and the mind.
Training places repeated demands on the body and nervous system. Without proper support, this can lead to fatigue, muscle tension, and inconsistent performance, both in training and daily life. Breathwork gives athletes a practical tool to influence how the body responds to effort, stress, and recovery. It allows individuals to consciously regulate the nervous system, improving the ability to shift between high-intensity effort and deep recovery. Regular practice not only enhances tolerance to training load and recovery quality, but also helps manage everyday stress, improve sleep, and build overall resilience.

As an endurance athlete and certified Breath Coach, I understand the demands of training, both physically and mentally. My approach is practical and grounded emphasising simple, repeatable techniques that fit easily into daily life, allowing you to get more from your training and recovery.

Breathwork is accessible to all levels of fitness and training. Whether you’re preparing for a race, recovering from intense sessions, or simply looking to improve focus and resilience, targeted breathwork can help you train smarter, recover faster, and feel more in control of your body and mind.
Sessions and Availability
Breathwork sessions are available one-to-one or in groups, and can be tailored to individual needs or shared training environments. I work with individuals, as well as in yoga studios, gyms, sports clubs, and with running or triathlon groups, integrating practical breathing techniques that support training, recovery and everyday wellbeing.
Breathwork is also incorporated into many of my yoga sessions, offering a simple and effective way to support movement, recovery and nervous system regulation.
Private Breathwork Coaching
For those who want to explore breathwork more deeply, I offer private one-to-one breathwork coaching sessions. These can be taken as individual sessions or as part of a structured programme designed to improve breathing patterns, build awareness and create lasting change.
A typical programme consists of four guided sessions (30–45 minutes each), allowing you to learn and integrate effective breathing techniques into your training and daily life.
The four-part programme starts from 120€ / £100.
Single sessions start from 45€ / £40
