Yoga isn’t “one size fits all,” and at More Within, I offer a range of yoga styles to suit different goals. Whether you’re looking to move with more ease, improve flexibility, build strength, or enjoy a mindful practice, there’s a style for you. These sessions focus on functional, intelligent movement rather than extremes of flexibility, providing physical, mental, and emotional benefits that complement any active or mindful lifestyle. Sessions are available in the UK and Barcelona, Spain.

Yoga Styles
- Hatha Yoga - A classic, slower-paced practice focusing on alignment, breath, and foundational postures. It's ideal for building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
- Vinyasa Yoga - A flowing, dynamic style linking breath with movement. It's perfect for coordination, stamina, and mind–body awareness.
- Hot 26&2 (Bikram Yoga) - Practised in a heated room, this style improves flexibility, circulation, and detoxification, while challenging strength and endurance. It is suitable for all levels, including those seeking a deeper physical challenge.
- Slow / Gentle Yoga - A calm, restorative practice emphasising relaxation, stretching, and mindful breathing. It is excellent for stress relief, recovery, and improving overall flexibility.
